TIMING
Usually 4–6 weeks after CINCO receives the piece. Complex interventions or high-demand periods may take longer.

PIECE & CONDITION — In the message, include original CINCO order number, purchase date, product name/reference/SKU, type, material, fineness, weight, original price, proof of purchase, pouch/packaging, condition, completeness, clasp, missing components or stones, structural damage, repairs, alterations and third-party intervention.
PHOTOS — Customer Care will request photos by email: full piece, front/back, hallmarks, clasp, stones/settings, wear/damage and proof of purchase where available.
02 — WE ASSESS
Customer Care reviews the request and confirms the next steps.
