Return Policy
- → Easy self-service returns through our Returns Portal
- → Prefer store credit? Receive an additional 10% bonus credit on your return value
- → Prefer an exchange? Receive an additional 5% credit towards your new item
- → 14-day return window from delivery date
- → Items must be unworn and in original condition
- → Original packaging must be included

How to Return
- → Go to Returns Portal
- → Receive your return authorization (RMA) and instructions from our customer team
- → Return shipping labels are available directly through our Returns Portal
- → Return shipping fees: Portugal & Spain €5; Europe: €20; International: €30
- → Pack items securely in original packaging and with gifts
- → Shipping charges are non-refundable
- → Please collect your tracking information for good measure, we´re not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs
- → Refunds are issued after your return has been received and approved
- → Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- → Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount when using our prepaid label
- → Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- → Store credit is issued immediately after approval
Non-Returnable Items
- → Personalized and engraved items
- → Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- → Custom products
- → Items showing signs of wear
- → Pieces without original tags or packaging or gifts
- → Sale items marked as final sale
- → Not accept returns if our inspection reveals that the items have been worn or altered [except for fitting purposes]. the items will be returned to the customer without warning
Need to Return or Exchange ?
GO HERE| RETURN PORTALCANCELING AN ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS
Orders placed during promotional periods, including Black Friday and other sale events, cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
For all other orders, cancellation requests may be submitted by emailing customer@cinco-store.com within one hour of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed, the cancellation will be free of charge and a full refund will be issued.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, the parcel will be delivered as normal and the customer may initiate a return through our Returns Portal.
If the customer refuses delivery, the parcel will be returned to CINCO. Any applicable return shipping costs and original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected by our team.
