the illustrations are works of art and are not open to any changes or discussions. the CINCO products purchased in your order will always be included in the illustration. after the order is placed, the client should send us the photo within one hour (CINCO will need a photo of the one (1) person or with another one (2) maximum. group photos are not allowed).
the illustration will be sent to the client at the same time as the other items in the order, though delays may apply.
by contracting this service, the client agrees that the illustration may be included in the CINCO PERSONAS gallery and may be used across our media and social networks, including instagram, tiktok, whatsapp, email marketing, and others.
